TITANIUM

This level of design service and deliverables includes everything from Concept through to Design Documentation.
This is for a project or client that wants things to go smoothly and wants us to be relatively hands off once we turn over the final deliverables. We are ALWAYS there to support you and your team through the process of implementation, but Tier 1 offers a level of documentation that, in the right contractors hands, should be a relatively pain free process to build.
PLATINUM
$$
This level of design service and deliverables includes everything but Design Documentation.
Instead we offer slightly more detail to our sketched drawings, so as to allow a creative contractor the ability to interpret and install our design intent. Tier 2 is slightly more affordable but requires a bit more work by the GC and ownership to ensure a smooth installation process. AEDG is also likely to be much more involved during installation and there can be fees associated with that involvement.
GOLD
$
This level of service is for small projects that doesn’t need a formal process.
Examples include selecting paint colors or helping to source a carpet because the one we specified for you originally isn’t available anymore and you need something that coordinates for another area of your project.
renderinG SErVices
Beautiful photorealistic renderings are something we specialize in.
By partnering with some of the best and most efficient rendering services in the world, we can make sure you know exactly how your project will look. We offer single renderings or whole packages. You can add renderings into your project cost and they will be delivered at the end of Design Development. Whatever your rendering needs are, we can support you in visualization.
